Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about partnering with ClassBuddy.

How much does it cost to list on ClassBuddy?+
It's free to list. You only pay a small commission (12%) when a parent books and attends a class. There are no listing fees, no monthly charges, and no lock-in contracts.
How do credits work for providers?+
Parents buy credits and spend them to book classes. You set credit prices for each class across three tiers: off-peak, standard, and peak. We convert credits to SGD at a fixed rate for your payout, so you always know exactly what you'll earn.
How do I get paid?+
Payouts are processed on the 5th of each month via bank transfer. You can track all earnings, pending payouts, and historical transactions in your partner dashboard.
Can I control how many spots go to ClassBuddy?+
Yes. You set the maximum number of ClassBuddy spots per class. SmartSpot can also automatically manage this based on your fill rate, releasing more spots when classes are under-filled and holding them back when demand is high.
What if a parent doesn't show up?+
No-shows are not charged to the parent's credits, and you are not paid for that slot. This protects both sides and ensures you only pay commission on genuine attendance.
Do I need to change my existing booking system?+
No. ClassBuddy works alongside your current setup. Parents book through our app, and you see their bookings in your dashboard. There's nothing to integrate or replace.
How do parents find my classes?+
Your classes appear in search results filtered by category, location, age group, and availability. You can also run campaigns to boost visibility and get featured placement in parent recommendations.
Can I remove my listing at any time?+
Yes. You can disable individual classes or your entire listing from your dashboard at any time, with no penalties. Any existing confirmed bookings will be honoured, but no new bookings will be accepted.
