Where can I use my ClassBuddy credits?

At any enrichment provider on ClassBuddy across Singapore. One wallet, every class.

How do I know how much a class costs in credits?

Every class shows its credit price across three tiers: off-peak, standard, and peak. You will see the exact credit cost before booking.

What if I run out of credits?

You can upgrade your plan or top up with a one-off credit pack any time from your account settings.

What if I do not use all of my credits?

Credits never expire. Unused credits roll over to the next month, so you never lose what you have paid for.

What happens if I cancel a booking?

Credits are fully refunded to your wallet if you cancel at least 12 hours before the class start time.

What happens if I miss a class?

Credits are not refunded for no-shows. If you cannot make it, please cancel in advance so the slot can be reopened.

What is your plan cancellation policy, and how do I cancel?

You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your account settings. Credits you have already paid for remain in your wallet.
