ClassBuddy for enrichment providers in Singapore

Big Dreams Made Flexible

How Singapore enrichment providers fill the quiet hours in their timetable, without touching their own prices or their own members.

Scroll to see how it works. Six minutes.

01 · The gap

The average enrichment class fills about six seats in ten.

The other four are not a discount. They are revenue that expires the moment the class starts.

6 filled4 empty

Your rent, your coach and your studio cost the same whether that seat is filled or not.

The average enrichment centre directly fills 60% of its available spots. ClassBuddy partner data, 2026.

A girl sits laughing on a pedestal in a coral-red studio beside a row of teal floor cushions, with pale empty cushions set apart in the foreground.
A tired parent checks their phone on a stool in a deep indigo studio while children fling blank flyers around them, pedestals stacked with paper on every side.

02 · The gap

It is not that your classes are not good enough. It is that the right parent never found them.

Enrichment discovery in Singapore still runs on Facebook groups, WhatsApp broadcasts, and websites showing last term's schedule.

Scattered

Parents search across a dozen unconnected sources.

Stale

Schedules go out of date the week they are published.

Paid for reach

You pay for impressions, not for bookings.

03 · The gap

One platform where Singapore parents find, compare and book enrichment classes with credits.

You list the spots you are unlikely to fill. Parents spend credits to book them. You get paid for seats that would otherwise have gone empty.

A father and daughter sit laughing on the floor of an orange studio sharing a phone, surrounded by pedestals each holding one activity prop: a robot, ballet shoes, paintbrushes, a basketball, maracas.

04 · The demand

Built for Singapore families and the people who teach them.

From HDB heartland studios to CBD academies.

Parents

Children roughly three to sixteen. School, weekend routines, and a child whose interests change every term.

Two children place teal map pins on a tabletop diorama of Singapore in a green studio: HDB blocks, a shophouse row, a train viaduct and a community pool.

05 · The demand

Search, see the price, reserve, turn up.

Four steps. No phone call, no deposit, no back and forth on WhatsApp.

A parent holds up a phone in a deep pink studio where three laughing children pose on pedestals beside cards showing listing bars, five stars, and a scannable code.

01

By category, location, age group and availability.

02

Real parent reviews, and the credit price shown upfront.

03

04

Turn up

You scan their booking code at your door.

Three children trace a stream of teal tokens spilling from a pouch in a yellow studio, the trails ending at three small doorways: a pool, an easel, a piano.

06 · The demand

Parents buy a pack of credits, then spend them anywhere on ClassBuddy.

One wallet, every provider.

Any provider

One balance books classes from any ClassBuddy provider, including yours.

Nothing expires

Credits roll over month to month, so a balance keeps its holder browsing.

Their plan, their call

Parents pick a pack size, and can change or cancel it any time.

A class shows its credit cost before a parent books, so nothing is a surprise at your door.

07 · The demand

A parent with credits in their wallet is a parent looking for a reason to spend them.

They have already paid. What is left is choosing where to go, and a quiet Tuesday slot is often the easiest choice to make.

The money is committed before the class is chosen

Price friction at the point of booking is close to zero.

Credits roll over

A parent holding a balance keeps coming back to browse.

Trying you costs a fraction of a term

The barrier to a first visit collapses.

A mother and son seen from behind on a teal bench in a purple studio, the boy holding a jar of glowing teal tokens, three arch niches ahead with the nearest lit.
A mother and daughter step hand in hand through a warmly lit arch doorway in a coral studio while flat coral standee figures pass by along the wall.

08 · The demand

Built to put you in front of parents who have never been to your centre.

These are not your regulars taking a cheaper route in. They are families who did not know you existed last week.

09 · The machine

Nothing to list. You only pay when a parent actually books and attends.

No listing fee, no monthly charge, no lock-in, no minimum commitment.

S$0 to list

Your profile, your classes, your schedule.

Commission on completed bookings

Nothing changes hands until a parent turns up.

No penalty, no exit fee.

Your exact commission and payout terms are set out in your partner agreement, and we walk you through them before you sign anything.

A balance scale on a pedestal in a hot-pink studio: a pale empty child's chair on the higher pan, a stack of teal tokens on the lower.

10 · The machine

Every timetable has a Tuesday three o'clock.

Some hours sell themselves. The problem is the late mornings, the long afternoon stretch, and the last hour of the day.

Peak windowOff-peak, where we work

The windows ClassBuddy currently treats as peak: weekdays 6am to 10am, 12pm to 1pm, 5pm to 8pm, and weekends 8am to 11am. Everything else counts as off-peak.

An empty slate-blue studio in mid afternoon: stacked teal stools, a rolled mat, and a blank wall clock hanging inside the arch.

11 · The machine

SmartSpot decides which seats we see, and when.

You set the ceiling and the timing. Your direct bookings are never touched.

Three groups of children laugh together in an orange studio, each group on a different kind of chair: solid teal, white wireframe, and pale wood.

A ceiling you set

You choose how many seats ClassBuddy can hold, separately for peak and off-peak. We never hold more than that.

A hand-back time you set

One, two or three hours before the class, any seat we have not sold goes back to your own pool, so your members can still take it.

Per class if you want it

Any single class can override the venue default, so your flagship Saturday session behaves differently from your Wednesday morning.

Your direct membersOpen to ClassBuddyHeld back by you

SmartSpot only lists the spots you are less likely to fill on your own, so your direct member reservations are protected.

A brass plate bolted to a block on one pedestal in a green studio, and a row of teal tokens held at different heights on clear rods beside it.

12 · The machine

You set your class price. We work out what it costs in credits.

Your dollar price is the only number you touch.

01

You price the class

In dollars, the same way you always have.

02

We convert it into credits

Scaled by how much of the class is open to ClassBuddy members.

03

Members book from the plan they already paid for

And you earn on every booking.

Your listed price is your price. Credits are how parents pay, not a discount on what you charge.

13 · The machine

Here is what a quiet Tuesday looks like with both switched on.

Same class, same price, same coach. The only change is who gets to see the empty seats, and when.

Without ClassBuddy

7 of 12 seats

Seven direct bookings by Monday night. Five seats still empty when the class starts.

With SmartSpot and SmartRate

9 of 12 seats

The same seven direct bookings, plus two ClassBuddy members. Three hours before the class, the seats we had not sold went back to your pool.

Two seats you were not going to sell, sold. Your seven direct bookings were never affected, and the seats we did not fill were back with you before the doors opened.

Illustrative example. Twelve capacity, five seats open to ClassBuddy, an off-peak ceiling of three, released three hours before the class.

14 · The machine

Every lever that matters stays on your side of the table.

We fill gaps. We do not run your business.

A father and four children laugh together at a teal control console of dials, sliders and switches in a purple studio, one dial in brass.

Your price

You set the dollar price for every class.

Your capacity

You set how many seats ClassBuddy can ever see.

Your timing

You choose when seats change hands, peak and off-peak.

Per-class override

Any class can break the venue rule.

Direct members first

Your own bookings are never reallocated.

Closed dates

Block public holidays, renovation, anything, up to a fortnight.

Any class off, any time

Disable one class or your whole listing instantly.

Walk away clean

No lock-in. Existing bookings honoured, no new ones taken.

Providers retain full control over which classes are listed on ClassBuddy.

15 · The proof

Your schedule, your roster, your reviews, your numbers.

16 · The proof

Keep your booking system. Keep your process. Keep your regulars.

ClassBuddy runs alongside what you already have.

If you run a scheduling system, tell us which one and we will work with it.

If you run on WhatsApp and a spreadsheet, that works too. Plenty of our partners do.
